Meet Me - Hanging Out Made Easy app for iPhone and iPad

Meet Me is a quick, easy way to find the best places to meet with your friends!

--- The App ---

Meet Me features a simple, intuitive user interface. Users input the location of each group member into a search bar at the top of the screen (a handy autocomplete dropdown is also included). As users add locations, the map in the background is populated with color-coded pins representing each of the inputted locations, the optimal point between all of them, and finally the best meeting locations around that point. Finally, once users have entered all relevant locations, they can switch to another screen with more details about each of the potential meeting places. From here, users simply have to press on the cell of the location they decide upon, and the app will automatically take them to the Maps app and provide directions to the chosen location. A cool filtering system is also present at the bottom of the screen, which allows users to filter based on drinks, food, activities, and more.

Starting as a project at a local Hackathon, Meet Me hit us as a legitimate app idea when it took first place at GunnHacks as the location-managing application, Centroid. Since then, Meet Me has changed, both in name and in shape. In the last three months, the developers have updated the user interface and added features to make finding the best meeting location with your crew as easy as a few taps!
